    SunriseXR: Holographic Display and 3D Animation Service

    1. These terms and conditions shall govern the provision of the Holographic Displays Service by Sunrise International (D/B/A SunriseXR).

    2. You agree to these terms and conditions by doing any one of the following actions:

      1. Completing an order form for the holographic display service, or

      2. Upon receipt of a price quote for the holographic display service, you state in writing that you wish to move forward with an order for the holographic display service, or

      3. Completing payment of an invoice for the holographic display service.

    3. You warrant that you are an authorized representative of your organization (hereafter, “PARTY B”) and have standing to agree to the terms herein. You warrant that you have read these terms and agree to conditions herein.

    4. Services. Sunrise International (DBA SunriseXR) shall perform the following services. Sunrise’s obligations for the provision of the above-listed service include and are expressly limited to the following.

    5. Sunrise will provide to PARTY B the holographic fan that PARTY B orders from Sunrise, which will be capable of displaying 3D models and animations. The fan will have the following specifications:

    6. It is estimated that the fan will function for 30,000 operating hours. The fan and stand shall include a one year warranty to cover defects, malfunctions, or functionality issues. Malfunctions due to the following shall be excluded from warranty: user-inflicted damage, incorrect assembly, theft, loss, usage of incorrect power inputs, or damage resulting from improper packing or handling of the device by PARTY B.

    7. Sunrise will ensure that the product will ship to PARTY B without defect or damage. Sunrise will bear the cost of shipping and customs charges.

    8. Term. This agreement shall remain in effect from the date of the order “Effective Date” until the first year anniversary of the date in which the products arrive at PARTY B’s recipient shipping address.

    9. Ownership. PARTY B will maintain complete ownership of the text, photos, and videos provided by PARTY B to Sunrise in the course of the fulfillment of this agreement. PARTY B will maintain complete ownership of the graphic design created by Sunrise on behalf of PARTY B. Sunrise shall retain full ownership of the app and AR Experience source code. In no event whatsoever will Sunrise be required to provide any source code or proprietary information about its platforms to PARTY B or any of its affiliates.

    10. It is understood that if PARTY B chooses not to use some form of protective casing, that it is imperative to ensure that operators and viewers of the fan do not touch or put objects near the spinning part of the fan while the fan is in operation, since this may cause harm to objects or bodies stricken by the fan and may also damage the fan. PARTY B releases Sunrise from any legal claims resulting from the improper operation of the fan as described herein.

    11. PARTY B will be able to control the fan remotely using a mobile app. Sunrise will provide instructions on setup, installation, and operation of the app.

    12. Sunrise will provide the relevant holographic fan or fans ordered by PARTY B, consistent with the following:

      1. Tabletop Holographic Display:

        1. Hardware specifications:

          1. Number of displays per unit: 1

          2. Display circumference: 30cm

          3. Resolution: 512*512

          4. Brightness: 1800cd/m²

          5. Input voltage: 12V

          6. Rated power: 24W

          7. 256 LEDs (one single light bar)

          8. Equipment speeds supported: 1,500 rpm

          9. The fan will support the following file formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, mp4, avi, rmvb, mkv, wmv, mov, and flv

        2. Sunrise will provide an optional plastic protective case in which the fan can be mounted. This case is for display rather than for transportation and shipping purposes. It is understood that if PARTY B chooses not to use the protective case, that it is imperative to ensure that operators and viewers of the fan do not touch or put objects near the spinning part of the fan while the fan is in operation, since this may cause harm to objects or bodies stricken by the fan and may also damage the fan. PARTY B releases Sunrise from any legal claims resulting from the improper operation of the fan as described herein.

        3. Sunrise will provide PARTY B with a portable battery pack capable of powering the device as well as a power adapter.

        4. The price of each device is $1,000. Shipping shall bear an additional cost of $150.

      2. Holographic Floor Fan (65cm)

        1. Hardware specifications:

          1. Number of displays per unit: 1

          2. Display circumference: 65cm

          3. Resolution: 1024*1024

          4. Brightness: 1600cd/m²

          5. Exterior color: Black

          6. Input voltage: 24V

        2. The price for each device is $2,000USD. Shipping shall bear an additional cost of $500.

        3. For an additional $300 fee, Sunrise will furthermore provide to PARTY B a stand onto which the fan can be mounted. The stand will be 1.3 meters tall.

        4. For an additional $450 fee, Sunrise will provide an optional plastic protective case in which the fan can be mounted. This case is for display rather than for transportation and shipping purposes.

      3. Holographic Floor Fan (78cm)

        1. Hardware specifications:

          1. Number of displays per unit: 1

        3. For an additional $300 fee, Sunrise will furthermore provide to PARTY B a stand onto which the fan can be mounted. The stand will be 1.3 meters tall.

        4. For an additional $3,000 fee, Sunrise will provide an optional display base on which the display may be mounted as well as a plastic protective case in which the fan can be mounted. This case is for display rather than for transportation and shipping purposes.

      4. Holographic Floor Fan (130)

        4. For an additional $4,800 fee, Sunrise will provide an optional display base on which the display may be mounted as well as a plastic protective case in which the fan can be mounted. This case is for display rather than for transportation and shipping purposes.

      6. 2x2 Multi-Screen Display Fans (Four 65cm Displays)

        1. Hardware specifications:

      8. 3x3 Multi-Screen Display Fans (Nine 65cm Displays)

        1. Hardware specifications:

        2. The price for each device is $10,000USD. Shipping shall bear an additional cost of $4,500.

        3. For an additional $4,500 fee, Sunrise will furthermore provide to PARTY B a rack stand onto which the fan can be mounted.

    13. 3D Model Creation: Upon PARTY B request, Sunrise will create a three dimensional digital model that will appear on top of or in interaction with the launch graphic. PARTY B will communicate its aesthetic requirements for the model, and Sunrise will create the model consistent with PARTY B’s requirements and will optimize the model for texturing and lighting. PARTY B will have the right to request reasonable modifications to the model until it approves the model. The cost for this service is $3,000 for each model to be created by Sunrise. Each model includes one animation.

    14. 3D Model Animation: For models incorporated into the AR experience, PARTY B may choose to have Sunrise animate the models so that the model does one action, such as rotating, waving, pointing, or dancing. Audio may be added. PARTY B will have the right to request reasonable modifications to the animation until it approves the animation. The cost for this service is $1,500 per animation to be created by Sunrise.
